When planning a high-end wedding in New York City, one of our event planner clients faced a challenge: their international guests were unfamiliar with the city.

To ensure a comfortable and memorable experience, they engaged our VIP concierge services. Over five to six days, not just the two-day wedding, we provided comprehensive support to all 60 guests. From personalized consultation calls, we curated exclusive itineraries, including chef tastings, custom wine and food tours, and private museum tours with our personal guides, tailored to their preferences. Our round-the-clock availability, combined with services like transportation, childcare, and personal shopping, ensured a seamless experience.

The result? A wedding that was not just an event but a showcase of exceptional hospitality, enhancing their New York City experience with VIP treatment and on-site management at every turn.
