Raul has obtained extensive, global executive experience in the Information Technology industry and collaborated with clients and business partners throughout the world supporting all industry sectors. During his 40 year career with IBM, he was accountable and responsible for:

1) Generating revenue growth and financial business results through sales and improved operational efficiency
2) Leading business process transformation for the corporation and major functional areas including customer relationship management, customer fulfillment, and integrated supply chain
3) Mobilizing large global organizations to execute across various functional areas
4) Attracting and developing talent around the world

Since retiring from IBM, he has focused on coaching young professionals who are seeking new opportunities or are looking to strengthen their leadership skills as well as mentoring select entrepreneurs enabling them to grow their businesses.

Why Raul? Raul came here from Cuba when he was a child and worked his way up at IBM from being a store associate to running South America for them as the Vice President of Technical Sales. He is not only an incredible inspiration but has been taking at least 1 hour every week since March 2020 to help Jackie think outside the box and really understand her/the company’s purpose. He has already helped ABCVIP’s growth and structure in so many ways. He is a brilliant mind and caring soul and we are so proud to have him on our board!

We recently had the pleasure of enhancing a unique business event in New York City. Our client, hosting a major meeting, flew in 30 top clients, many visiting the city for the first time. Understanding the importance of a memorable experience, they entrusted us to provide concierge services for their guests. With a packed schedule of meetings and limited free time, our challenge was to curate personalized itineraries that maximized their leisure moments.

Through a consultative call, we gathered preferences and dislikes, crafting tailored experiences around their meeting locations.
