About Blair Silverman

Blair is a 500 hour certified Urban Zen Integrative Therapist and 500-hour ISHTA certified teacher. In addition to her one on one work in her private practice, she teaches therapeutic yoga for the day treatment program at Balance as well as a yoga and meal support group at Integrated eating.
