THE NEED
Concierge Services to create an elevated, impressive, and seamless white-glove experience for incoming guests.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
1. Accommodate any and all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure the experience is impressive from conception to completion.
2. Exceed all guest expectations and anticipate needs to provide an impressive and elevated experience.
3. Create a seamless way for guests to be able to bok our recommended packages and plan their whole itinerary right from our site prior to check-in to take the on-demand pressure of FOH Staff.
THE PROGRAM
ABCVIP WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
– Top agents assigned to expertly accommodate requests and recommendations
– A phone number exclusive for members as well as an extension on our main phone system
– An exclusive email address
– A private custom landing page on www.TheABCVIP.com
– Heightened levels of website security with a cyber security insurance umbrella
– Monthly analytic reports of member activity
– Discrete amenity packaging and delivery.
PRICING OPTIONS
OPTION 1:
ABCVIP will perform services during regular operation hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and will accommodate all guest requests with a tiered convenience fee pricing structure.
Cost to hotel: Complimentary
OPTION 2:
ABCVIP will perform services from 8 am – 9 pm Monday through Saturday, will be “on-call” on Sundays, as well as accommodate all requests without charging members convenience fees for any services up to Tier 2: Premium.
Cost to hotel: $5,000/month
