The “Matt Edwards Method” introduces a personalized holistic health care routine for anti-aging and how to take care of the spirit, mind, and body. In this three-hour session, Matt will start with a guided meditation teaching core values, how to take care of your spiritual health, and then will go into a workout routine that leaves you with long-term healthy habits that are easy to adapt to every day life!
This is a three-hour session through Zoom, private in-person sessions are available upon request.
